Returns
You can return item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order unless it is jewellery, skincare or makeup.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with it's packaging. Please pack the items, together with the invoice and withdrawal form, in the original packaging, tape it securely and send it to:

Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund.

Costs of returning the items are non-refundable. 

Please note we will not refund duties, taxes or shipping costs.

Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank account. 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@thenicecream.co.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@thenicecream.co and send your item to: The Orangery, Gatacre Hall, Shropshire WV5 7AW.
