DARK CHOCOLATE - The anti-ageing indulgence.

We really don't need an excuse for a good piece of chocolate, but knowing it is actually making us younger (pinch yourself, you are not dreaming) makes us feel even better about our evening devour. 

Of course, we don't mean dairy milk here. We are talking about high quality, low sugar with at least 85% cocoa solids to give us the potent anti ageing benefits. Dark chocolate is rich in nutrients and can protect the skin from damaging UV rays, while also working to firm and repair the complexion.
